weekly update, haha... :)
Well, it's been a week... apparently this is just going to be a weekly update, lol...
I had another class cancelled last week due to the Opening Convocation. I definitely liked not having to get up at 7:30 for that class on Thursday, that's for sure! But before that, Tuesday's classes were good. Kind of long, but I'll get use to that. Wednesday I didn't have class because that one was cancelled. So, I went to Battle Creek with Elizabeth for some shopping... good times! We went out on Wednesday night... went to ATO and then TKE. It was so-so, not the BEST Wednesday night ever, but it was still fun! Thursday I just had Islam and Buddhism, which went well. We went to the Opening Convocation which had Barbara Bush as the speaker! She was an amazing speaker, but she talked a lot about family. Still, she was amazing! :)
I went home Thursday night... stopped at the store to get my schedule for the next week... Friday I worked from 11-8. Sort of boring at work, except for... haha. Saturday I worked 1-10 because I didn't want to work with the girl that opened, but she ended up not working... soooo, I did that for no reason... except for... haha. I love that! :) Definitely a GREAT weekend! :) Sunday I went to church, met the new intern pastor... he's definitely a different kind of guy, but he seems nice. Came back to school, caught up with Elizabeth and Tracy... then went to Jackson to good 'ol Lowe's... you don't even want to know why... ;) Then we went to Wal-Mart and Applebee's and chilled around here!
This week is starting off good! I had class this morning, and it was formal meeting day, so I got to dress up! :) Elizabeth and I watched The Bodyguard this afternoon, which was amazing as always! Went to dinner, and went to meeting... short meetings are always a plus! Came back here and hung out... ordered chinese (dinner sucked tonight!) and watched LAGUNA! and we're watching the first season of The OC right now... except I'm going to bed soon because I have class at 8:30am tomorrow! :(
I'm going home Thursday night because Michelle turns 21! :) I have to work on Friday 10-7, and Saturday and Sunday 8-5... and I'm going to relax at home on Monday before coming back here later in the evening...
On a different note: Why do all the guys I end up liking have girlfriends? It definitely sucks... sooo... I don't know what to do about that, but I guess, in the end, if we never ended up dating, being really good friends would be awesome too because he's definitely a nice guy, but WHY!? Ugh, I just don't get it!~
