(no subject)
I'm just online right now checking to see what days to ask off for my orientation at VT. Alot's been going on so I figured I'd do an update.
I'm home right now from Bluff City where I've been working as a counselor at a camp. Got a nice little break of almost 2 weeks for the 4th of July. I really like it over there...after I got over my insane homesickness.
So anyways...now I'm home and it seems like almost all the people I really wanted to see are gone. Jess is gone to Florida doing her modeling thing, Haley's leaving for UVA today for orientation, Aaron and Nick took a trip to Atlanta/Nashville/Alabama doing their music thing, and Heather is in West Virginia for something with her job. =( Aw well...I suppose I'll get to see everyone before I go back...Hopefully. At least Lou, Zach, and Blair are here* =)
Every day I've been at camp I've called my dad and Aaron...I miss everyone...but it seems like I miss them the most... It's weird how you can be so crazy about someone you've only known a short amount of time...but he's great...he makes me happy. I just really wish I had gotten to find out how he felt before he left..and I wish that he'd call just to let me know he's ok. All I've done is worried.
I got other really good news today... In my last entry I was so sure I was going to be just fine and I was sooo right. My doctor called this morning with the results from the last test they did from the surgery and I'm clear for now. I don't have to go back until September which is great, because I thought I had to have another like in the next week. She thinks it's going to be ok now. So I'm really happy to hear that pretty soon I can move on with life like it never happened. At least that's what I'm praying for.
as for the lee county boys... bj and i are over...prom was a disaster...graduation was wonderful...well...almost...graduation night i was incredibly depressed over the above topic..not bj...the other one... the beach trip was really a lot better than i thought it would be...aside from the $277 litering ticket i got on the last night...and I quit foodcity to work in Bluff city...one of my friends that i met down in lee county died a few weeks ago... chad butcher...he was too young to die.
