OOS: Still on the road
Traveling with Dean Winchester is possibly one of the worst decisions Rachel has ever made ever. So far, he's been snarky and irritable and annoying and pushy and he's always looking at her and making her really want to punch him, or morph and teach him a real lesson.
It's a real testament to her self-control, Rachel thinks, that she can sit across from him at their campfire and quietly clean her gun without pointing it at his stupid face.
They're getting close to the farm again. There were other ways, other roads to Nebraska, but this is the one Dean chose and Rachel didn't want to question it. To ask questions was to invite questions and she wasn't about to do that, not so soon after Santa Barbara.
Besides... they're both being surprisingly quiet at the moment, roasting the night's dinner and going about their own activities.
