Ugh!

So, I'm not going in to work today. Not because I'm sick, but because I haven't slept in the last three nights. At least not more than 15 minutes at a time. I haven't really had to fight with insomnia in a couple of years now, and I totally forgot how draining it is. I struggled with it most of the way through college, and it is not unusual for me to go three to six nights without getting any or much sleep. I really hope this doesn't turn into a long term thing, I'm much too old for it and I feel terrible. I literally feel as if I have been hit by a semi, backed over, and then peeled out on.

In other news, a game of Catan with Joce and Brandon led to my new favorite insult
