Sitwells
I went to Sitwells tonight to meet with Jake. It was interesting getting caught up on where he is at. He'll be graduating on December the 10th. Not that far away.
I was also the opening of my friend Turtle's latest exhibit. She has 7 new paintings hanging in the rear of the coffee shop. Very fool. I specially liked the ones titled "catfish" and "spacemen". She has an interesting eye.
The third draw for the evening was Marmalade Brigade. Michael McIntyre's group that includes my good friend and partner Gregory Morris plays every Monday night there. Good tunes! Guitar, clarinet, banjitar, upright bass, violin, mandolin. Continental music, swing, folk, jazz.
