In many times and cultures,and even amoungst many species of animals, eye contact is considered forward or even threatening. That's the weirdest outlook I can possibly imagine. Liars don't make eye contact. Liars make eye contact with the floor while they babble inscrutable deciet. I personally tend to very much avoid making eye contact with people I dislike.
Eye contact is actually one of the things I like most in the world. When I think about people I like, the images of them that spring to mind are normally from times when they looked me directly in the eyes. Also, eye contact is one of the very few peices of proof in the world that you have some one's attention.
In other news, where can I procure a singing post card? Hallmark,possibly? I am in desperate need of one. Preferably one which sings jingle bells in a such a manner as to drive even the bravest of us up the wall.
