oh give me loveliness
there are people that have come into my acquaintance who i am truly grateful for. despite their mishaps or flaws, and despite what they have done to me or others. i am grateful for the positive and the negative aspects in each person. corky characteristics that may drive another crazy only makes me love and appreciate a person even more. it drives me to understand, to know my limits and to make choices. there is a part of me that comprehends the purpose each soul will serve in my life, and part of me that is in the darkness as to why i know some people, but there is a reason for everything.
i am not a believer in chance, in coincidence or accidents. neither am i a believer in the thought that everything we do is predetermined or predestined. but rather, that each choice we make has a road that leads somewhere. it is our job to look ahead and decide the best road. the one that will lead to the maximized outcome. a road not only laden with temptation, heartache and despair, but also love, happiness and truth.
