You Have to Start Somewhere
Yes that's right. Here goes absolutely nothing. First entry on amazingly_me's livejournal.
If only I had something witty, or even remotely interesting to say.
Well let's see. About me. What is there to say about me. Let's go with the basics I guess.
I'm a girl, living in the United States (on the West Coast, to get ever-so-slightly more specific). I'm older then fourteen, I'm younger then eighteen. My parents have stopped allowing me to trick-or-treat. I'm just a tad paranoid about releasing information onto the net, as you can perhaps tell by now.
I love to write, both original fiction and fanfiction. I got into fanfiction when I was feeling all writer's block-y on my regular stories, but I'm quite the devotee of fanfiction now, writer's block or no. I'm an official chocoholic, and love Christmas. Christmas carols are some of the best songs to sing, I think partly because everybody knows them. I think Bing Crosby is fairly amazing, and the Beatles are too. I tend to get random, and ramble, when I can't think of anything interesting to say. Can you tell?
Alright, so here's the wrap-up. I'm basically a teenager who is slightly neurotic and happy-go-lucky in turns, loves her friends, adores reading and writing, is doing her best to get through high school with minimal trauma (and drama, for that matter) and has next-to-no idea where she's going with her life. And really, even though that last bit tends to make me a bit nervous, I'm having an awfully good time with life at the moment.
I joined livejournal for the writing challenges, and of course, the blogging. Ooh, and the icons. The icons are so much fun. =D
