1. Comment with any ship [or character] from a fandom that you know I like, or at least have some knowledge about.
2. I will ramble for about 100 words (I may go over a bit) about the aforementioned ship. This may be incoherent gushing or exclamations of disgust, depending on what it is.

I think what I love about them is that they were so unassuming. There weren't really any epic declarations or anything, but when it was down to the wire they were so willing to help each other. Plus I love how Charlie was always kind of nervous and unsure. He wasn't really sure how to date someone when he didn't have rock star status maybe? I don't know. But it was amazing.
And the peanut butter? :D
Charlie/Claire was my very first LOST ship. I watched the pilot right before Season 2 (I was a latecomer) and went, "Oh, they'd be cute together." And the rest is history.

I don't know. I just loved them in the first film: one of my first genuine fangirl moments was when a friend and I rewound the very first Pirates to watch Orlando Bloom's puppy dog eyes over and over. Yes, I'm admitting this. ON THE INTERNET.
Still, I do love them. I know they're considered the "boring" ship, but I think they're adorable. The lengths they're willing to go to for each other are amazing, and I love that they each go on these private journeys, but those journeys kind of...have parallels? I don't know. I never really analyzed it or anything, but...:D

I'm so obsessed with them right now.
Um, okay. So. I'm going to be coherent now. Hopefully. ;]
So I guess what I really love about these two is how they work in these little moments every once in a while. From what I've seen of Season 2, basically they flirted in a way that would not be flirting if they weren't so completely into each other. I mean, it would have been just friends being friends...if they didn't want "more than that."
And now they're just so amazing. They look so happy, and I love how floored and happy Jim looked when Pam announced they were dating. I know they'll probably have obstacles thrown in their path by the writers, but I'm just so excited for them right now. :D

(Also, your icon is pretty. Who/what/where?)

The icon is a character from the Nero Wolfe television series that ran on TV a little while back. I've made a couple patches of those now. It was a great show. :D And I made it, so thank you! :]

Ron and Hermione were, first of all, my very first ship, so I have a serious sentimental attachment to them. But beyond that they are just...spectacular. I love how good of friends they are, and the fact that they're written in such a funny but believable way. You can always see the sparks, even when they aren't sure exactly what the sparks mean, and it's all the more fun to see them through Harry's eyes.
And, to quote dollsome, who explained it better than I did: Most of the time, their dynamic is sort of happily antagonistic, and it works for them.
Also, just as a for the record, I adore how wonderfully oblivious Ron is. It makes me grin. :D
I sort of think they're beyond my power to describe them. I have an obsession.
