[The voice is calm and slightly high and breathy by nature.]

I'm very interested in this. I've offered my services as a substitute teacher, so if I can be of any help to the students, too, please let me know. However, I think it would have been better if the president's position was also filled by vote.

I'm glad to hear that. [A pause.] I share your opinion, but you would have to convince Oak of this.

I apologize; I'm butting in where I shouldn't. [This is her tactful way of, now that her concern has been voiced, backing off and letting them handle it for themselves.]

I think your greatest challenge will be maintaining this type of organization as people arrive and leave.

It's all right. You have a right to voice out your concerns.

Yes, it's quite a difficult task, but I'm confident that I'll be able to handle it.

You'll try very hard. Have you thought about ways to give the council stability even when its membership changes?

It's still in its initial planning stages, but we'll make sure to delegate responsibilities between members so that when one gets sent home, we will still remain organized and efficient.

I'm glad to hear it. You'll have a lot of work ahead of you as the president, but I think it will be worthwhile. You're really accomplishing something for Luceti.

Thank you, but if this is going to be a success, it has to be a collaborative effort.

Are you thinking of running for a certain position?

I don't think non-students will be allowed to run. [And besides that, she tends to be the hard worker in the background; she's quite fine with that role.]

[Oh welp I thought she was a student.]

I see. Still, I thank you for your enthusiasm and support.

[She was until her return from being sent home.]

You're very welcome. I know it may seem strange, but I can't help wanting to be involved with the school, in whatever capacity it might be.

It is definitely not strange. In fact, I think it is quite admirable to take interest in education, no matter what aspect of it.

You'll make an excellent alumnus when you graduate. You'll go on to a good university, too, surely.

[It's actually debatable whether she's even going to university in her world. But she won't bring it up here.]

I certainly hope so. [A beat.] I apologize for not introducing myself sooner. My name is Mitsuru Kirijo,
