[News of the hot springs has reached even Mitsuru, who's been keeping to herself ever since the previous experiment. The gathering a few days ago was too crowded for her liking, but a relaxing trip to the mountains would be good for her, especially in the state she's in right now.
After school, she heads to House 53 to pick Nanako up. Her current animosity towards Nanako's big bro doesn't extend to the little girl, which means she's invited to this little excursion.
It's obvious by how quick she's walking that she doesn't want to run into anyone (some people more than others). Which of course is all the more reason to approach her.
