Playtime in the City of Heroes

Yesterday, I took the opportunity to vegetate in front of the computer (which is what I'm usually doing, unfortunately) and play some COH.  I've started up one character on the Hero side, and one on the Villain, playing in Virtue.  Let's take a look:

This is how my avatar, The Amazing Adrian, transferred over.  I'll definately redesign his outfit later on. I regret that the game wouldn't give me more freedom with the symbol (it's supposed to be interlocking double A's), and while the sneakers are a part of the character, the stockings that come with it just look gay.  I also dislike how there was only one hair type that went with the headband. This was as close as I could get to him the first time around, I'm afraid. :/

Now this one came out awesome. Here we have Nemesis, the greatest opponent Adrian has ever faced.  Not because of power, but because of smarts.  He's really an intelligent villain, but I'll get more into that later.  His design turned out freakin' sweet on this.  The only problem is A) they didn't have denim so I had to outfit him in leather. Not too much of a stretch, since he wants to appear as a punk teenager. B) They wouldn't let me stick the Anarchy logo on the back of his jacket, so it had to go on his t-shirt. C) I think I made him too short. He's about the size of a teenager, yes, but standing next to everyone else, he looks like a freakin' little kid. Only changes I see making on him are possibly turning the anarchy logo orange.

As for the game itself, it's not bad!  The people there are great, and so far I've only had one case of a group calling me for an instance and then dropping on me.  I dislike how the game interperets the mundanest things as curse words, but that's it so far. I'm still learning the ropes, so I'm sure I'll find other things that I dislike about the game.  So far though, I'm quite enjoying it. :)
