Six weird things and habits about me

May 12, 2006 22:38

The first player of this game starts with the "6 weird things/habits about yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a blog of their 6 weird habits/things, as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their comments and tell them to read yours.

1. I draw a lot. Even if I'm just jotting down notes in class or on the phone, I end up drawing. The subjects I usually draw are women's faces, figures, and feet.

2. Whenever I read something new, I usually read the first and last sections first. If I like those parts, I end up reading the whole book.

3. I laugh a lot. In fact, a laugh at things many people do not find funny. For example, if I detect even a single irony in a serious speech, I laugh out loud even if it's just me who's laughing. Most of the time, our family laughs at situational humor and telenovelas.

4. I used to read the column Savage Love. Now I read the Manolo's Shoe Blog.

5. People have mistaken me for Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese. Here in Manila, some people talk to me in English and then ask if I'm Chinese or Japanese. In America, one woman suddenly talked to me in a foreign language. I said that I didn't understand her and then I asked for her nationality. She was Thai. Some of the Vietnamese store owners talk to me in Vietnamese when they first meet me.

6. I prefer to write in longhand than to type immediately on a computer. This blog entry first appeared in paper before I typed it here.

I tag red_titan, majaxi, colourred, bedpotato, bottledsky, and wesoid. If you're feeling happy, feel free to consider yourself tagged and put your own 6 weird things and habits.

On another note, my brother just finished his registration at UP Diliman last Monday. He's taking BA History. At first, he wanted to attend because of the lessons. Now, it's because of isaw.
