Writing Buddies Meme
1. Do you have writing buddies?
Sort of - my two best friends who are on the same university course as me.
2. How did you meet each other? Do you interact in person or over the internet?
One I met on the first day when we were both trying to find our lecture hall, the other we got talking to in a creative writing seminar. Mostly we interact in person, though some nights when we're IMing each other we'll discuss writing then.
3. What kind of support do you give one another? Beta reading? Late night chats about plot? Writing parties or word wars?
Usually we just read each others' work, say what we liked and what we didn't think quite worked. One of my friends always asks me to check her grammar.
4. Do they write the kind of stories or the same genre as you?
Well, me and my friend both write YA fantasy - action, but the similarity ends there.
5. Have you ever colaborated on a story?
Nope. I don't think I'd really like to. I know what I want to do with my characters and plotlines, so I'd find it hard to compromise if another person wanted something else.
