sometimes the hardest thing and the right thing are the same

so it's been pretty much forever since i've updated. But since school is going to start again, i thought why not.

Field Hockey is going 100% better than last year. Actually probably more than 100%. Just because of new coaching and differnt perspectives on everything. Having a positive enviorment makes everything sooo much better. For those who didn't know, all four seniors were chosen as captains (me, lauren, trish, katie) so that kind of blows, I mean im happy I got captain but it just takes away from it kind of because we have a team of 24, so that is a lotlotlot of captains for such a small team. But we're actually doing really well this preseason and improving a lottttt which is really good. We've done really well in all of our scrimmages.
On Friday we play Belfast at home which should be a super super hard test, because they're amazing. ANddd then on Monday we play Waterville on the Colby turf at 7pm. That is going to be an AWESOME game and im super excited for it. Hopefully it will be one of the highlights of the season. But anyways, I know we're going to be better than last year and that's all that counts. I want to make the best out of this season because the past 3 years of field hockey have pretty much blown for me and the rest of the seniors.

School starts on thursday and I'm really not looking forward to it, although I think that my classes should be pretty good, and I won't be with all the dumbasses again, except for maybe in Advanced math.

Another thing- colleges. looking at them/for them blows. I have to go to upstate NY to visit all the ones I want to see which should be a trip and a half. That is going to suck. I want to play hockey and I want to stay in new england but that probably won't happen and that will probably be the only way i get into a decent school since I have only decent but not amazing grades. but WHATEVER.

thats enough rambling.
