Except... I'm not saying "Vote for me."
Because I know I'm not the best for any of the categories I could fall in to. I'm not being humble or modest; it's true. But I do believe there are many iconmakers out there who don't receive the attention that they deserve. Some who are, perhaps, overshadowed by the other makers in their communities, or aren't as active as others. Who don't churn out as many icons as other makers, but still create unique, inspiring, and beautiful icons when they do.
So, I say "Vote for the iconmakers you believe deserve each category." People on your watch list perhaps. Even if they're a newcomer to the "graphics scene," even if they don't have many watchers, even if they don't post as often as you like. As long as you think they deserve to be nominated, and to have the chance in their respective category/categories, why not take the time to nominate them?
Possible categories you may be interested in:
best gossip girl, best twilight, best fashion, best stock, most creative, best text, best clean icons, best coloring, best complex icons, best cropping, ...etc.
