The red pill box I have been using for a while now, but it has been grossly small and I have been unable to fit all of my meds in it. I finally found a pill box big enough in the box on the right. Woot woot! What a difference between the 2!
I saw the RA doctor on Monday and I swear I had every part of my body x-ray'ed. I follow-up with her in August to find out what the outcome of all of the tests were. On Tuesday, I got to see the Endocrinologist and he took me off of 2 of my meds...something that I had been hoping that he would do. He wanted me to talk to my pain doctor, who I saw on Wednesday, about titration off of another one of my meds which I take 6 pills a day of and going full time on another med which I only take 3 pills a day. I have been trying to for so long to get off of some of my pills, because I haven't felt that some of them have been working for the longest time.
So, in the span of 3 days I had 7 pills a day taken off of my daily list. Woot woot! The RA and Endo appointments were just fact finding first time appointments, but already I was able to see so much improvement. Also, the Endo was going to look at my list of meds and see if there was anything else he can do or recommend about any of the other meds that I am taking. I had blood drawn too and it will be nice to see which vitamin and minerals I am low or deficient in so that I can boost myself in those areas before the conference. =)
