Trip to Salem 05/13/2013
Monday tygati and I made a trip to Salem. I tried to post about it on LJ, but it was being a butthead and I wasn't able to!!!
*Our main stop was to Ulta for nail polish.
Choices, choices....so many to choose from!!!! And there were so many more hidden pockets throughout the store! SO much fun and everyone was very helpful and nice!!!!!
*The Great Harvest in Salem has a MUCH larger selection of bread than the one in Eugene. Picked up 'Cinnamon Swirl' and 'Raspberry Chocolate Chip'. Yum Yum!!!! I am definitely going to be checking with the Eugene store to see if they make the 'Cinnamon Swirl' as I can easily see myself becoming addicted to that one!!!!
*It's interesting the places you can find yourself lost in. After getting bread, tygati saw a sign for chocolate and we ended up lost inside the Reed Opera House. The Opera house had been converted into individual stores and it turns out the company had gone out of business and someone had neglected to remove the sign. *LOL* The pics of the two ladies is actually the doors to the elevators in the basement level of the Opera house. I thought it was very beautiful work for such a hidden out of the way nook!!!
*The weather had called for rain and cold and instead we had blue skies. It was pretty windy though! =p The other two images were taken as we were walking around and captured my attention.
*On our way home we stopped off in Albany and said hi to our friend Gnome and played balance the doll.
