New Year Post
Happy New Year everyone! I hope that 2012 is a much better year than 2011. I spent a peaceful New Year's Eve at home with mom watching the ball drop. I fell asleep and almost slept through it all.
Christmas was interesting. It's the first year that I didn't cook for Thanksgiving and for Christmas. Thanksgiving was spent in the hospital. Christmas Eve was spent at my dad's. Mom and I went over around 3pm and then dad had to go to work from 5-10pm. Afterward we did the presents and went to bed. Christmas Day morning we went out for breakfast and them mom and I headed over to tygati and her roommate to act as Santa for her niece and nephew. Got to meet her mom and had a blast at her place!!!
I got everything that I wanted plus a LOT more for Christmas! I made out like a bandit! Plus, I have my birthday coming up this month...oh my! *L*
