[ He might have picked those words on purpose -- they must be more appealing to a reaper or something, right? ] You know, I might have agreed with that before, but life's kinda been generous with the second chances, now that I think about it. [ Even if his life still generally sucks. ]

[ She may not believe that, considering all things. But then again she's not keeping track of his life anymore, now is she. Places to be, people to reap, preparing for the inevitable end and all that. ]

So what changed your mind?

This place, as fun as it is, is a second chance for Sammy, y'know. [ And for him, since now he has his brother back. ] Not exactly ideal but hey, I'll take it.

I guess in this circumstance, it's not so far-fetched to call it a second chance. [ If this were a normal situation though, she would have said differently. There's no such thing as second chances, after all. ] Just remember, things happen for a reason, even in so-called second chances.

[ Hunting used to be so black and white, but even Dean finds himself questioning some things about it these days. Either way, he gives her a thoughtful look and then smiles again. ] You know, I think you'd be a pretty great hunter.

[ Because really, she would rather not be caught in the tangles of the so-called "good" and "bad" as she's seen hunters get into. She prefers standing on the sidelines, not choosing any side and only doing her duty. Less emotional baggage that way. ]
