Friday? is that you??
my head it is a big huge hurty thing and has been for a couple days now...I think I know what Zeus was feeling minutes before Athena popped out of her head in full battle gear. Well if she is about to spring forth from my head she can damn well do my homework, because this headache has rendered me useless. Which makes the fact I have heard the words 'very good!' in regards to anything I have done lately even more peculiar, I mean under normal head functioning circumstances it would be a rare occurrence, but this has me worried. Maybe zombie headachy me is smarter than normal me? Granted once was in ballet class which has more to do with the fact that he filtered out all the really good dancers, so I am one of the better ones left.
In other news my physics research professor told me I'm not the only one... yes, he now has other undergrads he is doing research with, here I was starting to feel special having been the sole undergrad for the past year. He is keeping us separate as they are working on something slightly different (I have no idea what). He suggested we could have a meeting and all discuss our research, I am partially terrified as the idea of trying to tell anyone what I do in a coherent sentence seems rather foreboding (I have a feeling he doesn't want me to tell them what I actually do which is: sit in front of a computer...type stuff...curse...whine...bang my head several times and occasionally print out pretty graphs, but rather what I am trying to do and what those pretty colors mean). It will be good though, I am told this is a lot of what real physicists have to do.
In astronomy research I am still undecided...I am thinking of doing an independent study topic on early internal heating of Mars and why it was so damn warm. There are no conclusive reasons at this time so it would be interesting to look into. I really want to do something more hands on though, but not sure what is available to me.
ok this typing/'putering is not doing my head any favors and laundry should be ready for it's next stage ...THE DRYER CYCLE!!!!! so on to that excitement
