I love being able to create new group activities (or add to group activities) for my classes: the benefit to teaching the same class over multiple semesters and during a reduced course load. There's just more time, overall, to devote to revision, modification, creation, and that's one of the elements of teaching I love because it really engages my mental skill set (and my students' too). I just feel so excited to bring something like that to class.
