Best day in school:

Latin- organized a chinese food/movie day for tomorrow
Band- Got new music
Chem- finally understanding what's going on
English- Not talked about the hmwrk, but politics instead. Mainly about the debate and gay marrige.

Lessons was fun. Linda called Max Hobart and he said I played everything flawlessly. he said that I had a mature tone quality, and had absolutly no intonation problems !! I played about 1/4 of the Mozart, all my Peter and the Wolf excerpts and no brahms or debussy. hmmmm. He want's to use me as a top substitue for the orchestra!!! A semi pro orchestra (an orchestra that is made up of professionals, but aren't paid for playing), and I'm the only studnet in it!!yay! Linda also's making me the concerto competition for the Wellesley Symphony Orchestra. I hafta memorize the Faure Fantaise, and learn the Ibert Concerto and the Hanson Serenade which scare me a bit. But oh well, I'll have fun. I'm now on a whole new level of etudes. I'm out of the Andersen op.30 and onto the Soussmann, Castérède, and Taffanel + Gaubert. What fun this is going to be.
