Well I've already twittered to you about it but lol this site is so funny. I love how the splash page is so serious and then you go into the main page and it's like BLINDING NEON COLORS lmao great transition. REALLY GIVES A NICE FEEL FOR THE SITE. 8D
Anyway, awesome job. It really communicates your uh. "Purpose" well. LMAO. Everything is concise and to the point and lolarious. GOOD JOB. I'm certain that if I were into bleach I'd find it 10x funnier but it's already very funny as is. There are some real one-liner gems in here ... And I really like the fst. Aizen makes me think of Kyoya and Jade, hahaha.
lol, I have been looking at this for a little bit since Chrissy plugged it to me on MSN, and I have to say this was a really cute and really fun read, and I don't even like Bleach. See, this is an example of a shrine that isn't a full-blown monster-tribute to a character, but is informative and interesting in its own way. You don't have to write pages and pages of essays. You just need to get a point across, have fun, and put yourself into the shrine. I'm glad you realize that. To think Aizen isn't even a favorite character of yours, the fact that you shrined him is really awesome and really interesting. Great great job, Aranie.
Awww thank you Todd, that means a lot! I had a lot of fun with it because I don't really like him that much. It was interesting too, since I know quite a few people who do like him, and I hope this site doesn't offend them too much LOL.
I just about died when I found Waldo. I really liked that it had a fan soundtrack (I am a sucker for FSTs, I can't lie). More shrines need FSTs, imo.
I have to agree that the transition from serious to BLINDING NEON was pretty great, and the articles I've read are short and succinct. However, I think there are a few sections that could use a little more fleshing out, like "Plans", for example. Since he's the primary antagonist, I think it could be a little bit more detailed without being too long and out of place as compared to other articles.
I'd also say that some of the images in some articles could use a bit more contrast, because the neon pink and white-ish gray doesn't display well on my screen for certain images, which makes it hard to tell what's being pictured.
I like FSTs! Usually sites already have the opinion of the person in the essays and such, but an FSTs shows musically, what they think of the subject, and that itself is creative!
For Plans, I was having a tough time to even write it at all (I was going to scrap it, but him being the primary antagonist, that wouldn't have sit well lol). I need to rework on some pages, since some of them were incredibly rush, but I'm glad someone caught them LOL.
For the images, and this is sad, I've probably spent more time to make them visible than the amount of time I worked on the layout. I was thinking of making them just B&W, but it wouldn't have matched at all. I'll probably just end up creating a different "theme" in the end though. Thanks for the critique!
I'm impressed with what you can do with a no-so-serious fansite! It's a rarity to find parody fansites, and it's enjoyable to actually relax reading. I don't even know Bleach, but the writing is simple and basic for me to follow. My personal favorite page is the "Hate List" - it's a unique way to mention "relationships" since they all follow a common theme: hatred. Since it's intended not to be serious, the viewers can easily see your opinion in your pages.
I do find some bit of the humor a little... forced, however. I don't know. Like you said, there is a lot of swearing and use of repetitive words like "BS" or "douche", plus the references to obscure characters seems to get a bit dull since you do the same in another site you plugged. Then again, I'm just a very dull person. XD
I know we are suppose to focus on the content, but one little thing bothers me about the layout. The writing is less than half a page, but the header is so large. I like to keep things in proportion, so people don't have to do unnecessary scrolling.
I had such a tough time writing some of the pages, because I wanted it to be funny, but then it became serious, and so I had to rework it, and yeah, I know where you're coming from about the "forced" part. I probably put more effort into this site than I did with Tidus (which is a lot more serious). Parody sites are hard man XD.

If you're talking about the index page and how it's a little bit scrolly.. that's my fault LOL. For some reason this layout wouldn't align to the bg no matter what I did, then I found out, if the content was long enough to get a scroll bar, it would align to the bg, if it didn't, you could tell where the layout started and ended :/.
