Character Types
Here's the final part of the discussion trilogy...
Look at your shrines and upcoming projects, do you see a patterns or are the subjects drastically different? How does it compare to your general personal taste in characters? How do you identify with these characters? If any, what made you make an exception and shrine a character that's different from your usual tastes?
Imagine you shrined a character and unexpectedly a sequel or prequel appears that you don't like all that much (or at all). Would you still include it in your shrine or blissfully pretend it doesn't exist? Would that make you like the character less because of his/her newly revealed past/future/pairing? How would it affect your shrine if that character no longer seems to fit into the "type" you like?
