Felt more awake and aware than usual. Felt like I had some perspective. I'm trying to think of reasons why, but the first one at the top of my list is, of course, the thing that I'm most suspicious of.
1. I didn't take my zoloft.
2. I meditated the day before. (Delayed release piece of mind? Who knows.)
3. I ate some fruit. Including some strawberries and a banana. (This is actually pretty rare for me.)
4. I saw my brother.
5. I managed to start packing. Felt like I was doing something.
6. I took a cold shower in the morning, instead of a hot shower halfway through the day.
7. I spent some time looking at korean guidebooks and I really want to go. Not as much as Egypt, but the idea of a salary and health insurance fixes the situation.
Oh, and I have a dentist appointment today that might solve the bleeding gums issue. Things are decent. But more importantly, I'm *awake* enough to notice.
