I'm actually surprised this icon won and by a long shot too! I thought for sure the Card Captor Sakura or Clover icon would've gotten the most votes ^.^ Anyways here you go! :)
Ohhhh, that's really cool. It's a nice icon - thanks for sharing how you did it! I'll have to be more adventurous about my icon making and try this sometime. :)
XDD! the icon is just lovely. I can't wait to try out your tutorial. Unfortunately, I can't have photoshop on the computer I'm currently using, so I'm waiting for my computer to be fix to start photoshopping again xD.
Thanks for the tutorial!! I hope you'll make more tutorials in the near future.

Colour Balance:
Move the bars more to the reds, magentas and yellows for warm colouring.
Selective Colour:
I play with the Reds to bring out the brown in Yuuki's hair. i.e.) Yellow is a positive number and Cyan is a negative number.
With the Whites, I make Cyan a negative number and Yellow and Magenta a positive number to bring out the pinks a bit.
With Neutrals, I make Cyan a negative number and Yellow a positive number to add some warmth.
I did some other adjustments with selective colour, but they were really subtle.
Channel Mixer:
This is where I got the pink colouring to come out.
For the Green output channel, I lower the Red and Blue values a tiny bit. Which brings out the magentas.
For the Blue output channel, I lower the Red value to again give the icon some warmth.
Levels:
I used the RGB channel to brighten the icon ( ... )
