Well I had an interesting (for lack of a better word) vacation. I already wrote about it in my other diary, so I'll just put some links in here. Dominic got spoiled for x-mas (of course) and we ended up having to leave half of his presents in PA b/ they wouldn't all fit in the car. BJ and I and my mom and her husband, Jeff aren't getting along

Sounds like I should be glad that I haven't met Jeff. LoL! Sorry to hear he's such an ass to a BABY! I guess he's a tough guy to pick on a 1 year old!!! Anyways...where is BJ going to be stationed once yall move back up here? My bf is in the Navy as well. He's stationed out of Willow Grove. Well happy new year. :-)

Maggie hates Jeff. He found out that her bf, Antoine, was living with her and her mom b/ he got kicked out (b/ his aunt thought he was old enough to live on his own) and the first thing out of his mouth was 'Why doesn't he have a job?' He looked all shocked when we told him that he does have a job and he pays part of the rent and all. NEways, BJ is thinking about doing recruiting at the 69th street office. He was thinking of trying to do guard duty at Willow Grove, but we were told that it is or will be closing. What does your bf do there? Is he active or reserves? Happy New Year.

Yeah, it's on the DoD list of closures, but the Senators and Congressman are trying to fight it because it's a multi-branch base.

He's in reserves, I do know that he WAS on the USS Yorktown but that was years ago. He's been in the Navy for 14 years now, and came to the conclusion that it's just like any other job that you can't stand. He's been to Russia, Scotland and other places. We've only been together for like 2 weeks now, so we are still learning things about one another. (He owns a kilt. A black man in a kilt?? LoL!) We were doing his laundry and I found a shirt that said Real Men Wear Kilts, and I was like Ummm?!?! I didn't mind because I love the Pa Ren Faire, heck I got a season pass for Xmas, but it was quite interesting.

I'm just concerned because I was going to have your mom do my hair sometime soon, and I don't wanna deal with him, if he's that way. BLECH!

A kilt? LMAO. Whatever makes him happy. He probably won't say anything to you, he's normally hibernating in his bedroom. Just don't tell my mom about anything I wrote, not that you would, but I'm telling you anyways.

I wouldn't do that. Besides she wouldn't listen to me anyways. Everything you've said doesn't remind me of the person that I knew. Which doesn't shock me in the least. She's always been the type of person that conforms to someone else just to make them happy. I don't know how many times she invited us to things that BACA was doing because she wanted us to meet him, and how nice of a guy he was. LoL! I just don't understand how someone like that can work with a group like he does. They deal with all types of ppl, but he can't stand half of them. That's just dumb. But whatever.

He also wears tiger slippers, he got them as a Xmas present from his cousin's wife. LMAO! He looks so cute in them. LoL!

I didn't think that you would, but I wanted to make sure. She doesn't really act like herself anymore, sometimes she does, but when you're around her a lot you notice the difference. She does always change to make the guy she's with happy, I noticed that years ago. I did think he was nice at first, and he comes off that way in public. He's not even in BACA anymore, he left and him and my mom started a new group, Riders 4 Children. He acts like he is all about the kids, but he isn't.

She mentioned something about them leaving BACA because of politics or something the last time I saw her. She was talking about some radio thing they did. I didn't really pay much attention because I honestly don't really care about bikers or anything like that. I mean the couple of times I hung out with the guys at the bar with her, they were really nice and all. But not my cup of tea. LMAO!

She was too busy looking to be with SOMEONE, ANYONE! And I think the problem is she settled for the one that she could live WITH. I mean it sounds like the same crap that John was putting yall through before yall got him thrown out. I remember one time I was ove for dinner, and he's just ripping Angela, Justin and Johnny apart. And your mom was just sitting there. Mainly out of fear, he wasn't someone I would mess with.

That and my bf has two things going against him, he's half-black, half-puerto rican. So yeah, that would make for an interesting thing. LoL!
