We just got back from vacation yesterday. It was a pretty good weekend. Friday was BJ's re-enlistment. His mom, paternal grandfather and his wife, came down to see it. It was short, but nice. Afterwards we went out to Olive Garden for lunch. I was upset b/ BJ's gift hadn't come yet. I got him a picture frame, the kind that can fold shut. On the left side is the navy symbol and on the right side I was gonna put a pic of him and Dominic in their uniforms. But oh well, he'll get it eventually. Then we left for vacation. We stayed in a one room cabin in Williamsburg, which was nice, but small. Saturday we went to Busch Gardens, BJ and I got to go on a lot of rides together so it was fun. That new ride, the Curse of Dark Castle, is so kewl. It isn't a roller coaster or anything like that, but you do get into these "carriages" and it shakes and spins and stuff. But the whole thing is 3D. Dominic had fun, there were a lot of rides that he got to go on. There was also a little water area that we put him in. The water wasn't deep at all, when I stood in it, it barely covered my feet. But he had so much fun crawling and walking around and watching the other kids play. He was so upset when we made him leave. He wore him out. We got onto the sky ride, to go back to the front of the park and BJ was holding him. As soon as he sat down, Dominic was out. It was so funny. Sunday we went to Colonial Williamsburg. It was really nice and interesting, I'm really into history, so I had fun. We got to see them fire a musket and a cannon. We also went to the Outlet Mall and Prime Outlets. We spent way more money than we should have, but everything was so cheap. We bought Dominic a leather jacket for next winter that was $20, pjs with feet, a Mother Goose book, and stackable cups. I got a pair of Reeboks, an outfit from Guess for $41, and some bras. BJ got an Eagles jersey, a pair of Aeropostale jeans, and a drill and bits from Black and Decker for $36. I loved that place, I told BJ that I wanna save up some money and go back up there, it's only 45 mins from where we live. I mean there are a lot of nice stuff up there and we can get it cheap, especially with Dominic's b-day and x-mas coming up. Ok I think I went on long enough. Hope everyone had a great Labor Day.
