Goodbye, Magi Ann

I did something today that I've never done before. I buried my six-month-old baby kitten. We got her three months ago from the Humane Society, and for the past few weeks she's been going downhill, culminating in not being able to walk. The vet said it was most likely a congenital brain defect affecting her nervous system, and there was really nothing to be done. We had her put down today, and she's not in pain anymore.

Rest in Peace, Magi Ann. When you get to Heaven and find your feet, look out my former bestest kitty in the whole wide world, Heidi. She'll take care of you.
