I just had some friends over and made the yummiest dinner I've had in ages - Pan-fried salmon with a champagne, shallot, tomato and tarragon sauce. With boiled baby new Dutch gold potatoes with melting peppercorn peppered percorino cheese and salty butter. A really simple salad of baby spinach leaves and aged, syrupy blasamic vinegar. Copius amounts of red wine (I know, it probably should have been white) the rest of the champagne then fruit salad and butterscotch ice-cream. I'm stuffed like a christmas turkey and don't know if I'll be able to move for the next few days. As long as I can managed to clamber into bed and attach the playstation controller to my hands (your head is MINE Malek) I'll be clucking. Goodnight all!
