A simple tutorial to get rid of the blue in Heroes Caps.
Go from this:
to
1. Resize etc.
2. Duplicate base twice. Set the first to Screen 100% and the second to Screen 50%.
3. Create a new Colour Balance Adjustment layer.
Midtones
+33, -16, -84,
Shadows
+25, 0, -18,
MAKE SURE PRESERVE LUMINOSITY IS NOT CHECKED.
You'll find the cap will be poor quality and grainy if checked.
And that's it.
You're now ready to colour/decorate however you like.
