Дополнительный симптом: Если запустить mmc и открыть certificates для Local Computer, то в разделе Third-Party Root Certification Authorities на любом сертификате (если его открыть) будет написано The cryptographic operation failed due to local security option settings.
Я уже ранее пропихивал апдейты через эту штуку... Сейчас буду вспоминать.
Вспомнил: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555374 (уточнение, этот safer нужно прибить всюду в сертификатах).
Теперь вопрос: какого хуя (пардон май френч) оно появляется в очередной раз? Это не групповая политика, я rsop'ом прогонял.
