fic ramblings and Disney meme
So this past week was sorta crazy and I didn't get to do any of the fic I was planning on finishing by now. Which makes for a really full plate in October. Oh well, should put me in the right frame of mind for NaNoWriMo anyway. By then writing original fic will probably be a welcome relief. ^^
I'm about to write an IY pairing that is... different for me. When the idea came to me the other day, I was almost stunned. But I guess that if you stay in a fandom long enough, eventually you get plot bunnies for almost everything. Honestly, I think I knew this was going to happen sooner or later. But it still surprised me.
Everyone posted really great and creative acrostic poems this month at iypoems. If anyone wants to check them out and vote for your favorites, you can do so here. /community plug ;)
The new poem themes for October are "Nonet," "Miroku," and "Ghosts" (had to do that last one for Halloween).
Hmm, random thought (I should probably pose this to the community, but I'll get you guys' opinions first)... What if the 1st Place winner each month got to choose what one of the themes will be for the following month? Does that sound fun, or is that unfair?
Took a long road trip this week and discovered that the standard ole game of 20 Questions needed more... zazz. And so I invented--and I'm sure I'm the first person in the world to do this ;)--Disney Character 20 Questions. I totally stumped people with the Chesire Cat from Alice in Wonderland and Jiminy Cricket. Boosh. XD
But can I stump you?
I've chosen a Disney character. Now you have to figure out who it is by asking me one 'Yes or No' question at a time. More than one person can ask a question at a time. Whoever guesses correctly within 20 questions wins. Then put this in your journal. If you want.

Ok, I'm going to recap the questions so far.
It's a female character who is not a princess, not a human, and does not have two black ears. She was in a Disney movie released before 1970. She can talk like a human and is larger than a few feet. She does not have magical powers, does not have black hair, does not have an orange beak, and she cannot fly. And she is not a household item.
You guys have 8 questions left! I think I'm going to stump you! *evil laugh*

-She is not Kanga.
-YES, she has fur.
-She does not walk on two legs.
-She is not feline.
-She's not Bambi's mom.
