Ah, canon always changes, and Rumiko Takashi is not taking the twists and turns slowly. But she has me mighty confused with the whole sword origin thing.

And I really wanna thank you for nominating "Heart of the Wind." I never got around to doing it.

I'm interested in seeing where the current sword storyline goes. It actually goes with canon that Tessaiga and Tenseiga are the same sword if you consider that Inupapa's bones has one fang chipped, whether that was the literal fang Totosai used, or just symbolic of the sword.

You have a point there, but the fang could have regrown, like Inu's did. And thank you again! And I hope someome's already seconded the blondbot trio fic, it's too funny!

It could be that Inupapa's fang didn't regrow because it was just chipped whereas Inuyasha's was pulled out completely. Just wild speculation, who knows if that fang was even used for the swords. Would be kind of cool if it was though.

The chipped fang could have been what InuPapa used to seal away Ryuukotsusei, also... though I think some have said that it was a claw of the Inu youkai.

It looks like a fang to me... c'est la vie. ^o.-^
