Frisky Dingo, anyone?
So I started a new comm called friskydingo for the discussion of, what else, Frisky Dingo.
But what is Frisky Dingo, you ask?
Frisky Dingo is an 11-minute animated show on Adult Swim by the creators of Sealab 2021. But if you didn't like that show, don't worry. Frisky Dingo is very, very good. It airs Sunday nights at 12:30 Eastern, and also on Adult Swim Fix.
It stars Killface, a supervillain of unknown origin who wants to complete his doomsday device the Annihilatrix, which will hurl the earth into the Sun. But he needs 12 billion dollars. And did I mention he's a chalk-white demon who walks around with no clothes on?
The "hero" of the show is Xander Crews, AKA Awesome X, a superhero billionaire tycoon in the vein of Batman, only a spoiled, cheating, immature jerk who's ruining his company.
The show quickly goes nowhere you could ever have expected it to, with lots of zany hijinks.
I love this show. Easily the best thing since The Venture Bros.
