Offspring! Release Date! Album Title!
Straight from Dexter himself, the new Offspring album is coming out on June 17! Woot!
The title is Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace, which is so different from any of their other titles. It makes me wonder if they won't have any joke songs on it this time. But c'mon, it's Offspring. They've gotta have at least one joke song. Please? Although their last album Splinter had its fair share. But this new title seems to fit in with the two songs we've heard so far, which are quite serious.
It's confirmed that "Hammerhead" will be the first single (I honestly did not think that would be a single), and it's out for radio play on May 6. I hope a video will be coming out soon. One of the reasons why Splinter did so poorly was because it was released before they were able to get a video for their first single made. No mistakes this time around, I hope!
Also, tonight is the first new Office in forever! Now I've gotta go finish this batfic_contest fic so I have time to watch that...
