Chapter Seventeen of
Muscle Memory (free chapters available

SL Publishing.
Teaser: Arix lifted one hand; Shory saw the dirt and dust of tree bark beneath his nails. The hand didn't descend in a blow, as Shory was half-expecting; instead the tips of Arix's fingers wandered to Shory's cheek, stroked at it. Then those fingers were at Shory's lips, parting his mouth, pushing inside. "I'm taking that branch back with us," Arix said, making a caress of the words. "I'll tie you up in the yard, bend you over something or wrap you around a tree trunk and practice on you with that thing until dusk comes. Maybe even later, when I can't even see where I'm hitting you and don't even care. Just use your yells to tell me when I've gone somewhere particularly bad." The dust on Arix's fingers had collected in the pool of saliva under Shory's tongue, bitter and gritty. "But if you're a good boy, maybe I won't do that." His fingers pushed in further. "Open wider. Suck."
