I left the papers with customer quotes at work.
I'll mention one I remember.
Customer: I'm looking for David Hudson.
(I look up the name on the store database and allmusic.com. I notice more than one artist with that name. We only carry one of them, though. I wanted to make sure we had what the customer was looking for.)
Me: What genre?
Customer: No, David Hudson.
Me: There's more than one David Hudson. Which genre?
Customer: Who is genre?
(The customer wanted an R&B singer. We only had the Australian Country/Western didgiredoo player).
