Games - that sounds great. I make Flash games as a hobby, mainly just to keep my coding skills up. I suppose the UK and the US are probably the two main places to be for games? Where did you do the HND?
France holds a strange attraction for me too - I was sent to French classes when I was only six so it got me into the whole thing at a young age. Plus for my whole childhood it was the only place we went to on holidays. So I just feel as though it's been a part of my life from an early age. Something like that for you?
What was I up to in Oz. Quite a lot, I basically dropped out of society for a while and became your stereotypical backpacker with silly jobs (like holding signs for 12 hours, picking tomatoes, and cleaning toilets) and a reckless sense of responsibility. At one point I spent a month living in Osaka, Japan with Claire Breslin. I also spent much time in Thailand and New Zealand.
