On Sunday (aka Father's Day), for the first time in nearly a year, I will see the family I used to baby-sit for. I witnessed their daughter blossom from a six-month-old baby to a four-year-old little girl, and now she's five. I hope she still remembers me, not just the idea of me. That age is strange: young children forget so much and yet seem to remember all the things you want them to forget as soon as possible (like learning bad words or something). Anyway, I'm very excited to see them, and I hope they like the "new" me. And I hope Little Lulu remembers me. And I hope we have nice weather. It is Father's Day weekend, after all, so I hope things are great all across the board.
