This evening was way more fun than I expected. Good phone call. Good convo with Carol. Good couple of students--two guys I've worked with before, so it was easy to get them to pay attention and talk and such. Good walk back with Carol. Wrote good analyses of the short stories we're workshopping tomorrow.
Hell, I'm going to list all the other good stuff that happened today. I feel peppy enough for it.
Good dinner with Mayra and her friend who came along (forgot her name because I didn't hear it clearly enough the first time--oooops). Good midterm. Good workouts. Good parking spot. Good new Ed avatars. Good, almost punctual mailing off of Taylor's birthday card (even though I somehow managed to write his address upside down???). Good Family Life class. Good use of verbal and written Japanese today (who knew getting a Japanese penpal would boost my abilities so promptly?). Good outside-library weather. Good new song to listen to on repeat a hundred times over. Good possibility of watching Berserk with Carol sometime relatively soon (hopefully?). Good stuff, good stuff, good stuff.
And no, I didn't feel this awesome all day, but overall today's been pretty awesome. And this is, like, my fourth or fifth post of the day? Holy Bejesus.
