I have been looking at colleges this year and I definetely think i am going for Western. I have come to the conclusion that not matter who you know in the elementary education system you can still not get a job. This year over 500 people were elligable to be teachers and only 30 of them got jobs in the state of connecticut and it was all based on grades and not who you know. So I have come to my second choice a secondary ecucatio teacher minoring in earth science or social sciences. There is a large demand for these teachers and even though I am not that great in earth science, it is my goal to do it because it interests me and i would love to become good at it, so if that doesn't work out i have other fallbacks. I am gonna do this! :)
