So, I saw "Harry and the Goblet of Fire" Friday. It was well done. The best movie yet. I've come to the [rather obvious] conclusion, that the movies are NEVER going to be as good as the books and have, therefore, resigned myself to entertainment.

The first half of the movie seemed to be over in the first ten minutes or so ... meh. Important parts were skimmed over or left out ... meh; what can ya do? The things that I thought were imporetant were obviously interpreted differently by the screenplay writer and directtor.

I'm slightly embarassed to admit that I more than teared up when Cedric died and found my self covering my eyes more than once. I would also like to say (for the record) that I thought Ron was adorable. I like his floppy (as some would say "horrible" hair. It fits his character completely. Hermione aka Emma Watson ... wow. I was rather surprised by Neville's role. It seemed bigger in the movie than in the book. Good actor though. And an excellent dancer.

Came home from the movie in a near whiteout. Whoa. Not used to winter driving. At all.
