Wild Weekend
Actually, my wild weekend started Thursday night. After work, I went over to the Bell Engineering Lab (aka: THE DUNGEON) and waited for Zane to get finished. Afterwards, we all decided we needed a beer, so I suggested Big Daddy's since it was Jess's first night working there. So Zane, Jeff, Heather, Ryan and I were off to Big Daddy's. Long story short, I had three beers (for those of you who don't know, Amanda's a light-weight). :) Coincidentally, I got drunk, argued with Zane (sorry baby!) and passed out around 8pm.
So - on to Friday. I ended up going to the Lab in Bell again after work (this time it was only 12:30). Then Zane, Jeff, Heather and I ate some lunch at the Brew Pub. We had a good time (I didn't have anything to drink.) :) Afterwards, we decided to go over to Jeff and Heather's house to hang out. They had acquired some real moonshine, so I thought I'd try that out. Bad idea. Even though it tasted good in some Orange, Peach, Mango juice with moonshine soaked cherries, it didn't stay with me long. We went to a pizza joint and as soon as we got finished eating, I ralphed in the parking lot - four times. It was awful.
Needless to say, I was not in the drinking mood Saturday. We opted to go over to Jeff & Heather's rather than go to the game. I stayed away from the moonshine this time. :) That evening, we went to a friend's keg party. I had made my mind up that I would only have 2 or 3 beers, slowly. Well..... I was having such a good time, I ended up not sticking to it. We saw a lot of good friends. Around 1:30, I had the brilliant idea of inviting two of our friends over to our place to get in the hot tub. So we left and all four of us got in the hot tub. Good times..... I'm not exactly sure what time we went to bed. Sunday was rough. Recuperating and reading only. And a nap. :P
