Yeah, I mean, if it's the dream call you've been waiting for from an editor, they're going to understand that you won't be able to answer your phone 24/7. Especially since you're trying to get into the market, of course you're going to have a day job and won't be able to answer your phone then.

I hate scammers. *hugs* Glad you were able to get out of it.

Thanks, Becky! I was definitely being too much of an eager beaver. I think if I just learn to be patient it'll be much easier to avoid these situations it the future.
