(no subject)
- I have no idea what I did from the time I got up at about 10am til about 3pm (besides washing my hair and making my brothers' lunch). I know I was busy all day, coz I didn't have time to do work, but I can't actually remember what!
- I have no idea what I want to do for a job/career after uni. I want to be able to put my freakishly great uncommon common sense to use, along with my ability to pick up details and a pretty quick mind. But I have no idea what that could be.
- Watching too many police-based TV series makes me want to join the police! But I don't think I really want to be on the beat for two years, or whatever it is.
- I'm halfway through season 1 of CSI:NY after 3 days. Not bad me thinks. Though it's not quite as good as the original CSI IMO.
- It's scary how easy I find taking over my mum's role in the house when I need to. With my parents on holiday, I'm basically doing everything from cooking dinner, feeding the cat, cleaning, doing laundry and all that jazz. Though my mum keeps asking me if I've done this and that when my parents phone in the evenings, and my answer is always an exasperated yes!
- Just after me and the brothers sat down to dinner, I kept hearing a weird noise coming from another room. It turned out to be coming from the lounge. And was a bird flapping away. In the lounge. When we'd not had any doors or windows open for it to get into the house, and the chimney a) has a bird guard on it and b) doesn't really open into the fireplace for a bird to get through! So that's a complete mystery! But when we opened the front windows, it flew straight out through one.
- My 10,000 word final report for my final year project is due in on the 4th May... less than a month! And I've not even finished the research yet! Nor have I started writing it (which I should do to get the background done at least).
Anyone got any suggestions of jobs or companies or any such thing for me? But not something that is straight Physics stuff, coz I really kinda suck as a Physicist!
