~*Switch*~ Julie-Ann hadn't been excited about much lately and it was very annoying to her, but seeing her best friend definitely put her in a good mood. The little Hufflepuff desperately needed to talk to Amanda about a scheme that she couldn't pull off on her own.
She rushed to Ravenclaw Tower, which only way too long, and let herself in. She looked around, completely ignoring all the people she saw that weren't Amanda.
"Jewelz!" Amanda almost squeeled but remembered her reputation at the last second. Nobody could know she was anything other than composed and bored with life every second of the day.
Julie curled up in the corner of the sofa and tried to think of the best way to put it. Knowing Amanda, she wouldn't like this idea much.
"I want out. I have to talk my parents into it without making Jake mad at me. I'm using this Australia trip thingy to do it. But you're the mastermind."
It had to be best just to say it all in one breath, right?
She barely managed not to wince. Truth be told, Julie-Ann had expected at a worse reaction than that.
"Then don't stay! See if your mum will take you out." Though Julie knew that would probably never happen. Amanda's mother was a witch so she probably wanted Amanda at Hogwarts. "I just can't stay here anymore. It's not fair."
"And everyone's sooo mean and stuff." So that was an exaggeration. A lot of people were nice to Julie just because she was a cute little first year. Others did it mostly becaues she was Jake's little sister.
"Maybe we can go somewhere else.....where we won't have to live a whole castle apart!!"
I thought you were....ignoring me or something!!! :(

"Hi! I missed you! Stupid house separation junk!" She rambled on the way she normally did when she was excited.

Amanda's jaw dropped. She was not, in any sense, expecting that one.
"And you're gunna leave me to rot here?" she practically screetched.

If there was ever a challenge of her wits, it was this one. Amanda loved challenges.
