Four week makeover
At least that's what we have been told....
Kitchen, bathroom and new front door all within 20 working days.
Day one - workmen came and took out kitchen units and kitchen and bathroom floor.
Day Two - no workmen
Day Three - Electricians - lots of hammering, banging and now lots of wires hanging out of walls.
Day Four - Workmen brought big boards, left them in kitchen and went away. It's 2pm and nothing more has been done today. I can see why it will take 4 weeks.
Meantime - I'm in the snakey cupboard. It's a revelation to realise that if there is nowhere to put things - they have to go in the loft or in the bin! Why didn't I realise that before?
Ok must go and get busy again.
