i miss sidney!
I don't really have anything to say right now, but I'm trying to stay up for three more hours so updating this seems like a good thing to do to fill up some time. I work until midnight tonight(or last night?) and I have to start third shift tonight at 11. So I'm trying to stay up as late as possible so that I will sleep as late as possible. Third shift is so fun. But I am really excited because there is one assitant manager who acutally likes working third shift, and I'm pretty sure he is willing to do it all the time. I talked with my store manager today and he said that if the other assitant really wants to, he can work Sunday night through Thursday night and the rest of us can just switch off the weekends. This means two nights of third shift a month, as opposed to 7. I really like this. I would be the happiest person ever.
In other news, sense the only place I can't meet people is at work, I get really excited when I do see someone that I would like to meet. There is a store manager who works in Swampscott, Ma (a city I have never heard of but I find out via mapquest that it's near Marblehead) that comes into my store occasionally to pick ad outs or get merchandise for customers. Anyways, he's not too much older than I am and he's really good looking. But alas, I'm a nervous wreck when it comes to talking to people. Plus he is probably married.
80's night was pretty fun the other night. I'm almost glad I don't go every week. Krystal and I came up with the marvelous plan to take a limo to get dinner and then go to 80s night around Christmas, as a gift to and from the girls. It would be so fun. We also may have a Christmas formal party. We had thought about have a dinner with our families here, but now maybe we'll have both. I can't wait to put a Christmas tree up. I can't believe that Christmas is so near. 45 days. I have so much shopping to do. This girl at work said that her family doesn't put a Christmas tree up because they are for little kids. What? I don't think so.
I have to make many phone calls tomorrow. Dentist, Hair dresser, Mom, Dad, and then one that I don't really want to make but if I don't the reprucussions could be real harsh. Wah.
Most boring ever. 2 hours and 40 minutes to go. Woo.
